New villas in Sicily and activities

Introducing Casa dei Sogni

If you’re parents of young children wondering if it’s time to wave goodbye to designer holidays, you can relax! Our newest villa, Casa dei Sogni, is a picture of sophisticated style.  Sleek modern lines and high-quality materials have been combined to create a light-filled contemporary villa in Sicily with everything you could need for an indulgent holiday – whether you’re a couple of families holidaying together, or a group of adults.

Linger on the terrace or by the pool
Outside, there are lush lawns and a spacious panoramic terrace – the perfect spot for a gentle snooze in the shade or an early evening aperitivo. Linger over a lazy lunch at the beautiful outdoor dining table, then retreat to the sofas at the other end of the terrace for your espresso. When the heat of the sun subsides, head for the poolside decking to soak up the rays before a dip in the infinity pool.

A kitchen area with barbecue, poolside showers and a hammock almost complete the picture outdoors … apart from the table tennis and ever-popular children’s play area and trampoline, tucked away in a quiet shady corner.

Designer style at the touch of a button
The interiors are equally spacious, designed with an extraordinary attention to detail. Vast sliding glass doors run the full length of the open plan living space and kitchen, sweeping out on to the terrace. There are bedrooms on each of the three floors and on the fourth floor, a hideaway mezzanine loft space with a games area and TV corner.

But it’s the extra design features, such as the swish high-tech sound system, the brilliant bursts of colour and the impressive lava stone wall in the living room that really sets this villa apart.

Sicily’s east coast
For those who love to be by the sea, the craggy coastline of the Riviera dei Ciclopi and the sandy beaches at the Timpa Nature Reserve are close by. Just a 10-minute drive away and steeped in mythology and ancient legends, the town of Acireale is known for its refreshing iced ‘granita’ and spectacular carnival celebrations. It also boasts some fabulous baroque architecture and memorable views of Mount Etna. The town is a gateway to the glamorous town of Taormina in the north or Catania in the south.
