Villas for every size group in our new collection
How many times have you caught sight online of a dreamy villa, checked out the details and discovered that the number of bedrooms just doesn’t work for your group? Our new villas in Sicily for 2024 range from cottages for two to restored farmhouses with space for large groups, so there really is something for everyone. Best of all, each villa has its own hot tub or pool so you can enjoy relaxing in your own private space.
Villas for two in Sicily
Beachfront cottage
The peak summer weeks are being snapped up fast at Dimora Pietra Nica, an idyllic seafront haven for two that we’ve recently added to our collection. Not that we’re surprised. The studio style cottage comprises one main room with a double bed and extra double sofa bed for the kids but it’s what’s outside that really packs a punch. Situated just steps from the sparkling sea, the cottage looks out over lawns, terraces and a hot tub, plus space to whip up an alfresco feast in the outdoor kitchen. And as an added bonus, it’s an easy stroll to the bars and pizzerie in Cava d’Aliga. Bliss.
Rural retreat for two
The charming cottages at Le Case di Tindari are a big favourite with Wish Sicily guests. Set on a rural estate in north east Sicily, the luxuriously converted Casetta Mola and its neighbouring cottages share a spectacular infinity pool with striking views over the surrounding countryside and coast. Enjoy the dramatic views over the Nebrodi mountains, hop across to the Aeolian Islands, or spend days on the nearby beaches.
Family villas in Sicily
On the beach
For families who like to have everything at their fingertips, including a beach and town centre within walking distance, our new Mareperla may be just the answer. Set just 400m from the soft golden sand and inviting water at Donnalucata beach, the villa is perfectly geared up for families. Lawns with plenty of outdoor play space are overlooked by several terraces, a garden kitchen for al fresco cooking and dining, and at the heart of the garden, a fabulous pool. Interiors include an attractive living room, contemporary kitchen and three bedrooms.
This is one of Sicily’s most popular spots for beach holidays, with multiple sandy beaches to choose from. But you’ll also find yourself close to some of the island’s most spectacular towns, with Scicli on your doorstep and Ragusa and Modica close by.
Rural family villa
Gaze out over the traditional dry stone walls and rural landscape of south east Sicily from this 3-bedroom villa near Noto. Set between the beach and the centre of Noto, Malena offers the perfect combo for families looking to mix and match days on the beach or by the pool with sightseeing. Nearby UNESCO World Heritage towns include Syracuse and Palazzolo Acreide.
Large group villas in Sicily
On the beach
Share a villa with a group of friends or another family and you’ll have plenty of time to linger over meals and chat or just sit round the pool and enjoy the luxury of doing nothing in particular. Gemma, a stylish villa near Santa Maria del Focallo beach, ticks every box if you’re looking for this type of holiday. We guarantee a thumbs-up from the kids for the pool and trampoline, and when it comes to eating in, the pizza oven, BBQ and fully fitted outdoor kitchen are all designed to make group catering easy.
Everyone will love the freedom of popping down to the 6km of glorious golden sands at Santa Maria del Focallo beach without getting in the car, but with the towns of Ispica, Scicli Modica and Noto all close by, the area also presents multiple opportunities for culture seekers.
Rural villa for groups
Why not gather all your favourite people and retreat to Il Casale degli Ulivi, a newly restored traditional Sicilian farmhouse. With ample space for up to 16 people, this stylishly modernised rural home overlooks landscaped terraces and a stunning infinity pool, with mesmerising views over the surrounding territory. Inside, the kitchen and central living space is designed for big groups, connecting with two wings which house the 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
Although set amongst southeast Sicily’s rural interior, the villa is perfectly placed for visits to the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, with just a 20-minute drive to the coast.
Save £££’s on selected villas
Still haven’t found exactly the right villa? Don’t forget, if you choose a villa that may be slightly larger than you need, lower rates may apply to smaller groups outside of the peak season. At Villa Dionisio (sleeps 10), bookings for 6 people or less get reduced rates right up to mid-July, and at Casale Donna Costanza (sleeps 18), there are reductions throughout the year for parties of 10 people.
