OverviewOpening directly on to the beach, Casa dei Nomadi is a stylish seafront villa with a sea-facing saltwater pool and masses of outdoor space. Situated just 20km from the lively seaside resort of Cefalù, the villa is well-placed for day trips to Palermo and the Madonie Mountains while the local town of Finale di Pollina has a good selection of pizzerie, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
A walkway leads down from the villa, through mature gardens, to an elegant decked pool area, and beyond that, directly on to the pebbly beach. The pool has been recently renovated with a cutting-edge swimming pool basin, a relaxation area, and an elegant black PVC cover that adds a touch of exclusivity. The villa’s outdoor space is cleverly divided into several ‘rooms’, including a veranda with lounge-style seating, a decked dining area close to the gate to the beach and, right on the beach, but for the exclusive use of the villa’s guests, a decked and furnished patio – perfect for that chilled aperitif at sunset!
To one side of the garden, an outdoor kitchen is well-equipped with a barbecue, sink and cupboard space.
Inside, the style of the villa is contemporary, with stripped back floorboards throughout and an attractive white and blue colour scheme. The entrance to the villa leads directly into the spacious living room which has an open fireplace. A dining area, which links the kitchen and living room, overlooks the garden and sea. The sleeping area comprises four large double bedrooms and a twin (sleeping up to a maximum of 10 people). There are four bathrooms (one of which is external by the pool) each with a shower.
