OverviewStep straight on to the beach from this eye-catching family villa, with a garden and rooftop Jacuzzi, situated close to the coastal village of Finale di Pollina on Sicily’s north coast. The resort of Cefalù is just 15 minutes by car to the east and Palermo just a little further. Bright and contemporary, Villa Carlotta is a very attractive base for a week by the sea.
Sea views and the option of slipping through the garden gate on to the mainly pebbly beach make this villa a very appealing option for families or a group of friends. Down on the beach, there is a small patio with umbrella and sun beds for the exclusive use of the villa, but this stretch of beach rarely gets overly busy. For those days when you prefer not to be on the beach, there is a spacious lawn where the newly buit private pool is located, with a large umbrella and swing chair, overlooked by a shaded terrace, with a table, chairs and separate lounge-style sofa and armchairs.
External steps lead up to the roof terrace where a fabulous heated Jacuzzi provides the ultimate chill-out zone. The garden also has a barbecue, outdoor shower and a kitchen garden with fruit and vegetables.
The villa is situated on one floor, with a bright open plan living space that is accessed directly from the terrace. The living room is split into the kitchen, dining area and a lounge with two sofas. The bedrooms (three doubles) have a fresh, modern feel and the two bathrooms, each with a shower cubicle, are newly-renovated.

- Check-in is by 4pm for all guests. Guests may arrive at the villa before 4pm to drop off their luggage.
- Check-out is before 10am and must be conducted in the presence of the property owner or manager.
