At the heart of the garden is a stunning saltwater pool (15m x 6m) and jacuzzi, overlooked by a covered outdoor kitchen, equipped with a pizza oven, hob, barbecue and fridge freezer. The villa’s outdoor space also features a guest WC, outdoor shower and private garage space for 3 cars.

The luxuriously furnished interiors are as well proportioned as the garden, with ample living space and three ensuite bedrooms, making the villa an excellent choice for a group of friends. Your first impression of the villa’s interiors will be shaped by the impressive entrance hall, with its high vaulted ceiling, but throughout the villa, you’ll find polished wooden flooring, contemporary art and a laidback, minimalist style. The ground floor is made up essentially of a stylish open plan living space, with a tastefully furnished lounge and, partitioned to one side, a light-filled office with a couple of comfy chairs arranged around a fireplace.

A dining area to one side of the lounge provides a pleasant area to eat during the cooler months, conveniently situated alongside the sleek, high end kitchen which features a breakfast bar and all mod cons from an induction hob to a juicer. Leading off the main living space, there’s also a bathroom with shower, bidet and WC, a laundry room and an indulgent spa area, with a stunning steam room and large emotional shower.

A striking staircase leads to the first floor and to the three gorgeous double bedrooms. Each one offers a private oasis in which to unwind, ample space to relax and masses of light. The master bedroom has direct access to a shared (with bedroom 2) sea view terrace, a huge walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. The two other bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms with showers.
