The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean-style garden with an attractive pool area, with sun beds and an umbrella, and a path that leads directly on to the beach. Several covered terraces, equipped for alfresco dining and with comfortable lounge-style furniture, makes this a great villa for outdoor living.
Interiors are bright and functional, designed with a beach holiday in mind. The living area comprises a sitting room, with access to the large covered terrace, and an open-plan fully fitted kitchen. There are four double bedrooms and three bathrooms, each with a shower.
The estate comes with a guest house, an independent apartment with a double bedroom and an extra double sofabed, available for groups up to 10-12 guests.
As the shops and restaurants are within walking distance, a car is not necessary unless you wish to explore local towns and visit the quieter beaches that fringe the Vendicari nature reserve.
