OverviewThis two-bedroom villa sits amongst beautiful gardens, with a private pool and heated Jacuzzi, close to the fishing village of Calabernardo in south east Sicily. Ideal for a couple or a family with young children, it is just 1km from the gorgeous Lido di Noto beach and within easy reach of Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of Modica and Ragusa.
The landscaped garden is extremely spacious, with sweeping terraces, lawns and ample space for a family who prefers to spend as much time outside as possible. The pool is the focal point of the garden, surrounded by paved sun terraces and lawns and overlooked by a terracotta tiled terrace, dotted with cactus and bougainvillea-filled pots, and with a fabulous outdoor jacuzzi. This is definitely a garden for outdoor dining – in addition to the table and chairs, there is a sink, barbecue and wood-fired oven.
The former farmhouse is set on one floor, characterised by original wooden beams and white Comiso stone. The living room is open plan with a sofa and small kitchen area with a fridge/freezer and microwave. The main bedroom (double bed) has large windows that look out over the garden on two sides, a small sitting area and, in common with the second bedroom, direct access to the garden. There is one bathroom, with shower cubicle.
There is a nice restaurant/pizzeria with a bar, at walking distance from the villa, where guests can dine when wish to drink a few glasses of wine without having to worry about driving back home.

This property is listed as a 'Premium Listing' villa. This means that the deposit payment is due to WishSicily and the full balance will be requested directly by our agency 60 days before the arrival date. WishSicily will provide you with check-in instructions before arrival.
